This is a new and experimental project designed to bring people together and dancing despite the isolation - and the cultures of xenophobia and social anxiety - that have emerged from the corona virus epidemic. Anyone can take part! Think of chain letters, then add actual fun...and the opportunity for us to make a really amazing global film together...Instructions below, and once we've got the project started I will post the video chains!

Create your own interpretation of the video, and add some of your own moves! Ideally make it with a vertical (phone) camera in a space you have been confined to. It doesn't have to be 'dance' - any movement or stillness is great! Film it and ...

Email a link of your video to me here and I will send it to someone else who MUST EITHER:
1) Be living in a different country to you
2) Be in a different generation to you
After a chain of videos has built up, I will start publishing them and make sure you see where your video went! Alternatively you could send on your video yourself to someone in either of those groups, but copy me in if you can so we can keep track!
